Vor Weihnachten habe ich mir eine Ausgabe des Magazins flow geleistet. Ich mag diese Zeitschrift sehr, da sie mich immer inspiriert und dazu anregt kreativ zu sein. In diesem Heft hat mich vor allem der Artikel über das „Bullet Journal“ begeistert. Ich habe unbewusst immer nach einer praktikablen Idee gesucht. Etwas, was Tagebuch, Kalender und „To do – Listen“ vereint. Bisher habe ich dafür drei verschiedene Kladden (Notizbücher/Schulhefte) benutzt. Einen Kalender mit Platz für „To-do-Listen“ und zwei Notizbücher. Zusätzlich habe ich mir oft täglich irgendwelche „To-do-Listen“ auf Zetteln gemacht.

Schon beim Lesen des Artikels bin ich neugierig geworden und fand die Idee des Bullet Journals genial. Ich fing an zu recherchieren, sah mir das Video von Ryder Carroll , dem Erfinder des BuJo, so lautet die Abkürzung, an und wollte am liebsten sofort los legen.

Gleichzeitig schien mir das Ganze doch recht kompliziert und aufwendig zu sein. Allein die Suche nach einem geeigneten Notizbuch hat viel Zeit in Anspruch genommen, weil ich genaue Vorstellungen hatte, aber nicht so viel Geld ausgeben wollte. In der Schreibwarenabteilung vom Kaufhof bin ich fündig geworden.

Etwas skeptisch, aber mit großer Lust fing ich an, mir mein eigenes Bullet Journal einzurichten. Angefangen habe ich damit, die einzelnen Seiten mit durch zu nummerieren. Das hat ziemlich lang gedauert und zwischendurch dachte ich ehrlich gesagt: „Was für eine bescheuerte Idee“.
Danach habe ich eine Inhaltsverzeichnis und das sogenannte „Future Log“ eingerichtet. Im Future Log trägt man alle wichtigen Dinge ein, die man in dem Monat erledigen will. Dafür verwendet man vier Seiten auf denen jeweils Platz für drei Monate geschaffen wird.

Anschließend habe ich den ersten Monat eingerichtet. Ähnlich wie in einem Kalender schreibt man die Tage untereinander auf eine Seite, so dass für jeden Tag eine Zeile zur Verfügung steht. Ich habe das alles erst mal mit einem Bleistift geschrieben und bin eher vorsichtig daran gegangen. Wenn mir das Bullet Journal doch nicht gefällt, so dachte ich, kann ich alles wieder weg radieren. Auf die andere Seite, also neben der Monatsübersicht, kommt die „To – do – Liste“ für den jeweiligen Monat.

Zum Schluss habe ich meine ersten täglichen Einträge gemacht. Ohne viel Aufwand und eher langweilig  habe zunächst erst mal alles auf geschrieben. Es hat mir von Tag zu Tag mehr Spaß gemacht. Meine Einträge wurden zu einem Mix aus Terminen, Aufgaben und tagebuchähnlichen Notizen. Um das Ganze überschaubar zu gestalten, habe ich mir einen „Key“ zugelegt, in dem festgelegt ist, welche Symbole den einzelnen Einträgen zugeordnet werden. Zum Beispiel für eine Aufgabe ein Kästchen, ein Termin bekommt einen Kreis und die Notiz einen Punkt.

Spätestens jetzt hat mich das System gepackt und meine Kreativität angeregt.

Ich habe mir spezielle Stifte gekauft und mit viel Fantasie meine Seiten in meinem Bullet Journal gestaltet. Jeden Tag verbringe ich ein wenig Zeit damit, meine Ideen festzuhalten oder meine Gedanken nieder zu schreiben. Ich habe eine Seite für die Gestaltung unserer Wohnung (sie heißt „Home Ideas“) verwendet und eine für die Planung unserer Reisen („next travelling“). Eine andere Seite heißt „Self care“ und dient dazu meine Ressourcen für mich sichtbar zu machen. Manchmal finde ich Anregungen im Internet, aber meine Zeichnungen ähneln meinen Bildern und Steinen, die ich gemalt habe.

Mein Bullet Journal hilft mir im Umgang mit meinen Schmerzen. Ich schreibe jeden Tag auf, ob es einen glücklichen Moment gab und den gibt es immer. Oft ist man sich dessen nicht bewusst. Erst wenn man täglich darüber nachdenkt und diese Glücksmomente auf schreibt, entwickelt man ein tiefes Gefühl der Dankbarkeit .

Du findest deshalb in meinem Kalender neben Terminen,  Aufgaben und Listen eine Spalte für die Glücksmomente und eine für die Zeit für mich. Schmerzbewältigung fängt auch da an, wo du dir vornimmst jeden Tag etwas Schönes für dich zu tun. Mir fällt das viel leichter, wenn ich diese Zeit plane, so wie andere Termine und Aufgaben auch.

Mein Bullet Journal ist zwar erst drei Monate alt, aber ich kann jetzt schon sagen, dass es die perfekte Methode für mich ist und mein Bedürfnis nach Ordnung, Kreativität,  Sicherheit, Freiraum und Spaß vereint!
