Faszien – verspannt und verklebt

Ich wäre nie von selbst darauf gekommen, aber wahrscheinlich sind die Faszien Schuld an meinen Schmerzen in den Füßen! Meine Physiotherapeutin hat mir den Hinweis gegeben und meine Füße behandelt. Anschließend hat sie mir gezeigt, wie ich sie mit Öl massieren kann, um die Faszien wieder zu entspannen. Seit einer Woche mache ich jeden Abend ein basisches Fußbad mit Natron für eine halbe Stunde und danach massiere ich meine Füße, mit dem Erfolg, dass ich täglich Besserung spüre. Heute war ich sogar für eine halbe Stunde auf dem Laufband.

Großes Dankeschön an meine Physiotherapeutin! Und an meine Ärztin, denn sie hat mir die neue Verordnung gegeben, mit den Worten: „....vielleicht fällt ihr etwas zu Ihren Füßen ein, sie ist doch gut!„. Wie Recht sie hat! In solchen Momenten bin ich glücklich, weil ich mich inzwischen diesbezüglich in guten Händen befinde. Es gibt einige kompetente Menschen um mich herum, denen ich vertraue und die mich unterstützen. Sie sind fachlich exellent und immer empathisch. Meine Physiotherapeutin, sowie meine Ärztin gehören dazu.

Das war nicht immer so. Ich habe eine lange Odyssee  hinter mir, bis ich endlich eine eindeutige Diagnose bekam. Aber mit der Diagnose Fibromyalgie macht man sich bekanntlich auch keine Freunde. Ich weiß nicht wie oft ich den Satz „Fibromyalgie? Diese Krankheit gibt es nicht“ aus dem Mund eines Arztes oder einer Ärztin gehört habe. Und Physiotherapeuten meinten häufig schulterzuckend: „Firomyalgie? Damit kenne ich mich nicht aus – ich guck mal im Internet nach.“

Heute bin ich zufällig auf einen interessanten Blog gestoßen: eine Ärztin, Dr. De Beer, schreibt über das Thema Fibromyalgie. Sie informiert, gibt ihre Erfahrungen aus der Praxis weiter und bietet ein Online – Training an. Ich möchte nicht übertreiben, aber beim Lesen bekam ich fast Herzklopfen, weil ich so aufgeregt war.

Danach habe ich mich gesehnt, das habe ich immer gesucht. Wie hilfreich wäre diese Seite für mich gewesen, wenn es sie zu dem Zeitpunkt, als ich meine Diagnose bekam, gegeben hätte! Deshalb möchte ich hier auf den Blog  aufmerksam machen. Der Blog heißt  fibrocoach und ich hoffe ich kann dazu beitragen, dass viele Menschen mit Fibromyalgie ihn lesen.

Aber zurück zu meinen Faszien! Wie kann es  sein, dass ich in Brasilien, wo ich im Prinzip nur in Havaiannas rum gelaufen bin, gar keine Schmerzen hatte? Und warum habe ich, kaum bin ich in Deutschland und trage feste Schuhe diese heftigen Schmerzen? Meine Füße fühlen sich an, als seien sie wund! Laut meiner Physiotherapeutin sind die Faszien und Sehnen  verspannt, verklebt und gereizt. Die Fußbäder, die Massage und meine neuen himmlisch weichen Schuhe mit Barfußsohle zeigen schon eine positive Wirkung.

Endlich darf ich wieder hoffen, dass ich bald normal laufen, in den Bergen Kretas wandern und tanzen kann 🙂
